Some projects demand a level of specificity that goes beyond standard options. Our COM program allows a customer-supplied fabric or leather to be applied across any of our upholstered furniture, making it easy to realize a distinctive design vision.
Placing a COM order
A streamlined process, thoughtfully supported by our team.
Choose Product
Select the furniture piece to customize. On the product detail page, expand the Fabric list under Custom Styles to view available COM options.
Select COM
Under Customer’s Own Material, select Fabric UTB, Fabric RR, or Leather LTH. This selection tells our team that you will supply your own material.
Complete Purchase
Complete your customization, add the piece to cart, and check out as usual. A Customer Care representative will contact you with next steps.
COM Lead Times
COM orders involve additional coordination and craftsmanship. To help ensure a smooth process and on-time delivery, we recommend placing COM orders well in advance of project deadlines. Our Customer Care team will confirm details and timing once materials are received.
